Just off the entry, we carved out a small den, proof that compact square footage doesn’t have to mean sacrificing personality. We wrapped the space in the dreamiest deep red, somewhere between wine and cranberry, creating a cocoon-like feel. A petite desk and cozy reading chair make it perfect for work or unwinding, while her sons have claimed it for laptop setups and games.

I’m sharing the before photos (because who doesn’t love a transformation?) plus two “Get the Look” boards, one for the entryway and one for the den. My client is wonderfully generous in sharing all the sources, so if you have any questions, please reach out.

I’m sharing some before photos so you can truly appreciate the transformation. We leaned into the drama with a rich, brown-green hue that wraps the entire room; walls, trim, ceiling – the works. The space is colour-drenched and soulful. Patterned drapery spans the full wall for warmth and softness, and layers of lighting and textiles keep things feeling intimate and inviting.

This client has been so generous in sharing every detail, so I’ve included a “Get the Look” board to make it easy to recreate the vibe. If you have any specific questions, feel free to reach out, I’m happy to share!

While the rest of this home leaned light, bright, and a little breezy, I always love creating a bit of contrast, and this moody guest bathroom was the perfect place to do just that. A departure from the airier vibe elsewhere, we leaned into a darker, more dramatic palette here, and I love the tension it adds to the overall story of the home.

I’m sharing a few before photos to show just how far this space has come. It may be small in size, but what it lacks in square footage it makes up for in intention, and mood. Between the rich palette, the simple forms, and the layered textures, it’s become a warm and cocooning retreat. The kind of bathroom that invites you to linger.

To make it easy to recreate the look, I’ve pulled together a shoppable mood board featuring every last detail. This client is so generous and happy to share, so if you’re wondering about a specific source, feel free to ask.

Today I’m sharing the calm guest bedroom from my recent . If you caught the sneak peek here, you’ll know this home was such a joy to work on, and this space is no exception.

This room is proof that when you invest in the right pieces, they can work beautifully for years to come. We reused the bed and side table from a previous project with this same client (still going strong!), and simply layered in a few fresh updates to give the space a new energy. A warm rug, sculptural lighting, and textural bedding brought it all together.

The result? A calm guest bedroom that feels simple, warm, and incredibly inviting, perfect for winding down after a busy day. I’ve included some before photos, a handy “Get the Look” board, and as always, this generous client was happy to share sources. If you have any questions, I’d be happy to help.
