I agree! I love the look of a dark kitchen but need to work in a light and bright space, personally. To each their own for sure! Great news about the plate wall though ;)

hahaha I hate to admit it but a LOT of the things I’m seeing these days are coming from the 80’s and 90’s! Some of the photos I’m seeing on Instagram almost look like they could be in the Home Alone movies in some cases (updated versions, of course)

I, personally, am such a fan of hardwood in the kitchens. It’s much easier on the joints and warmer in the winters (unless you have heated floors of course, which is extra luxe and glorious)
